HSMC-DVI Daughter Board

The Terasic HSMC-DVI is a DVI transmitter/receiver board with a High Speed Mezzanine Connector (HSMC) interface. It is designed to allow developers to access high quality and high resolution video signals that support UXGA Resolution (Pixel Rates up to 165 MHz). It gives the flexibility required in high resolution image processing systems by combining both the DVI transmitter and receiver onto the same card. Lastly, the HSMC-DVI daughter board can be connected to any HSMC/HSTC interface host boards.


HSMC-NET Daughter Board

The Terasic HSMC-NET is a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver with a High Speed Mezzanine Connector (HSMC) interface. It offers network transfers of up to 1 Gbps with the host board using a HSMC connector. Also, it provides a fully integrated Ethernet solution enabling fast implementation design, shortening development times, and allows you to focus on the core functions of the system design. Lastly, the HSMC-NET can be connected any HSMC/HSTC interfaces.


PCI-X Development Board

The TRDB_LCM Kit provides everything you need to develop applications using a digital panel on the Altera DE2 board and Altera CycloneII FPGA Starter Development Kit(CII Starter Kit). The kit contains complete reference designs and source code for implementing a TV player or a Color Pattern Generator using the TRDB_LCM and Altera DE2/CII Starter Kit).


SDI HSMC Board

The Transceiver Serial Digital Interface (SDI) HSMC board provides a hardware platform for developing video broadcasting systems. It is intended to be used by customers to implement and design SDI and AES systems based on transceiver-based host boards with HSMC interface. It can also be part of an openly sold Development Kit, or bundled with packages of software and IP cores.


SFP HSMC Board

The Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) HSMC board provides a hardware platform for evaluating the interoperation of Altera FPGA, specifically Stratix IV GX, Arria GX, and Arria IIGX, with generic SFP modules. The optical modules that are of particular importance are SGMII Ethernet, Fiber channel, CPRI/OBSAI, and SONET.


High-Definition Multimedia Interface

HDMI daughter board is a HDMI transmitter/receiver board with HSTC (High Speed Terasic Connector) interface. The board contains the following richful features:

HSMC to Santa Cruz / USB / Mictor Daughter Board

THDB-SUM (HSMC to Santa Cruz / USB / Mictor Daughter Board) is an adapter board to convert High Speed Mezzanine Connector (HSMC) interface to Santa Cruz (SC), USB, Mictor, and SD Card interface. It allows users to use these interface on a host board with a HSMC connector.


Intel Flash Daughter Board

The THDB-FBI has a 32 MB of flash memory device which is Intel P30 family that provides high performance at low voltage on a 16-bit data bus. It contains a High Speed Mezzanine connector (HSMC) to connect with DE3, Cyclone III starter kit and HSMC/HSTC-interfaced host boards.


HSMC to Santa Cruz Daughter Board (No Longer Available)

THDB-H2S (HSMC to Santa Cruz Daughter Board) is an adapter board for converting High Speed Mezzanine Card (HSMC) connector to Santa Cruz (SC) interface which allows users to use the SC interface boards on a board with a HSMC connector. Also, the source signals form the HSMC connector to the SC header on the THDB-H2S board pass through level shifters to adjust the logic level difference between the HSMC and SC interface board.  


HSTC to GPIO Daughter board

The THDB-HTG board is designed to convert a High-Speed Terasic connector (HSTC) or a High-Speed Mezzanine connector (HSMC) I/Os to three 40-pin expansion prototype connectors, which are compatible with Altera DE2/DE1 expansion headers. Users can connect up to three Altera DE2/DE1 boards (or associated daughter cards) onto a HSTC/HSMC-interfaced host board via a THDB-HTG board.


HSMC to GPIO Daughter Board (No Longer Available)

The THDB-H2G (HSMC to GPIO Daughter Board) board is designed to fan out the High Speed Mezzanine connector (HSMC) I/Os to three 40-pin expansion prototype connectors, which are compatible with Altera DE2/DE1 expansion headers. Users can connect up to three Altera DE2/DE1 boards (or associated daughter cards) onto a HSMC-interfaced host board via the THDB-H2G board.


Digital Camera and Multimedia Development Platform
The Digital Camera and Multimedia Development Platform contains an ALTERA DE2 Board, a Digital Camera Module, and a 3.6" Digital LCD Panel. The package includes many reference designs with source code.
