There is a problem with Quartus/OpenCL license in CentOS 7.0. Quartus license requires the Ethernet port to be named eth0 CentOS 7.x has Ethernet port names starting enpXXXXX Please refer to following workaround to modify the Ethernet port name. vi /etc/default/grub (add "net.ifnames=0" to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX variable) sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg sudo vi /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
SUBSYSTEM=="net", ACTION=="add", DRIVERS=="?*", ATTR{address}=="08:00:27:a9:7a:e1", ATTR{type}=="1", KERNEL=="eth*", NAME="eth0"
