Q：When we try to compile .cl file(aoc device/boardtest.cl --sw-dimm-partition -o bin/boardtest.aocx), it reports "Error: Internal Compiler Error".
We didn't modify the code, but we could compile it at first, but now couldn't.
A：Please check the log file(which is generated after the compilation operation）,there will be some error message.
（The customer has checked the log file and found out it is Quartus II license issue.the customer has opencl license, but has no Quartus II license.）
