Import Notice:
Once the to-be repaired item has been received, Terasic will send out an inspection report within 7 days. After the next 7 days, customers will need to decide if the item is to be repaired. If no further instruction from the customer is received by Terasic within 180 days, the item will be disposed.

90 Day Limited Warranty

Terasic Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If you discover a defect, Terasic Technologies. will, at its option, repair or replace. After 90 days, products can still be sent in for repair or replacement. There will be some inspection/labor/repair fee.

Shipping costs will be covered by the sender. The customer may optionally choose to send via Terasic's discounted account.


Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. Terasic Technologies makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to Terasic Technologies, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Terasic Technologies shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped.

How to return a product

When returning, please follow the steps given below:

  1. Please fill in our online Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form. We will send you an notification with RMA number after receiving your request. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  2. If the shipping address is different from that filled in RMA form, please advise us in advance. Or, we will send the product back according to the information given in RMA form.
  3. One of our team members will be in contact with you to guide you through the process to ship the items back.
