1. ELIGIBILITY: No persons under 18 are eligible to enter this Promotion.

2. SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS: Participants will be selected according to the regulations set by Terasic Technologies Inc. Any questions regarding the selection process of the winner will be decided in the sole discretion of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

3. PURCHASING PRODUCTS: Qualified participants will be notified via email. Once notified, the participants will be notified by Terasic sales department to complete the purchase order.

4. WARRANTY AND RMA: Terasic Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If you discover a defect, Terasic Technologies will, at its option, repair or replace. After 90 days, products can still be sent in for repair or replacement. There will be some inspection/labor/repair fee.

5. DISCLAIMER: Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. Terasic Technologies Inc. makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to Terasic Technologies, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Terasic Technologies shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped.

6. SHIPPING COST: Participants in the promotion will be responsible in covering the cost of shipping from their respective countries. This will include all products that are part of the package order.

7. TAX: Participants will be responsible for all associated tax in regards to the promotion and purchase of Products.

8. REFUND/CANCELLATION OF ORDER: If participant qualifications are not met or the participant decides to withdraw from the promotion, all fees paid will be refunded back to the participant. Terasic Technologies Inc. will hold no penalty in regards to payment from participants not meeting the conditions of the promotion.

9. GENERAL: All country and local laws apply. By participating, entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) to be bound by the decisions of Terasic Technologies Inc., which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Terasic Technologies Inc. is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Terasic Technologies Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. Terasic Technologies Inc. reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Promotion any person it believes has violated these Official Rules. By accepting or participating in a prize, each winner irrevocably consents to the use of such winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, performance (in connection with interviews and other recordings), biographical information, and statements relating to the Promotion or Terasic Technologies Inc. Affiliates, without further compensation, in all world-wide marketing, promotion, and publicity carried out in perpetuity by any of Terasic Technologies Inc. Affiliates in connection with this Promotion. Terasic Technologies Inc. reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Terasic Technologies Inc. in its sole discretion. If Promotion is terminated before the end date/time, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date/time. If any such malfunction, error, disruption or similar damage occurs and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion, Terasic Technologies Inc. may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
