  1. Download and unzip the Intel Stratix 10 DX FPGA Development Kit installer first. Install the Board Test System.
  2. A one-year license for the Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition design software is available upon purchase of the kit. Refer to the license activation instructions and FAQs .
