Protection Plus can be purchased simultaneously with products, or five working days after initial purchase of product.
	Protection Plus starts five (5) business days after the product is shipped. The termination day will be on the 365th day.
	Before sending your product to Terasic, please fill in an application form to guarantee Protection Plus at http://rma.terasic.com
	If the product is shipped back within five (5) days of filling-in the RMA form and tracking number is provided, Protection Plus efficacy date will be based on the date the RMA form was completed. Otherwise, Protection Plus will be based on the date the tracking number was provided or on the date the board was received.
	Once the damaged product is received at Terasic, a new replacement product will be sent immediately to the customer.
	Once a product is replaced, Terasic’s Standard Protection and its terms and conditions apply.
	If the damaged product is already out of production, Terasic will provide a newer replacement model and any additional cost will be covered by the customer.
	Shipping costs will be covered by the sender. The customer may optionally choose to send via Terasic's discounted account.
	Please kindly be informed that the customer will need to provide for import tax. Terasic uses HTS code 9023.00.0000 for products and ensures that duty is in the correct category. Terasic Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If you discover a defect, Terasic Technologies. will, at its option, repair or replace. After 90 days, products can still be sent in for repair or replacement. There will be some inspection/labor/repair fee.

Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged. Terasic Technologies makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to Terasic Technologies, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Terasic Technologies shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped.
